The latest project designed by RMJM Istanbul for MINT is MINT E-5.
The MİNT E-5 is located next to the E-5 highway, allowing direct connection to the city by direct connection to public transportation points. From the very beginning of the design process, the aim was to maximize efficiency and at the same time create a jewelry building by designing a unique visual identity. The MİNT E-5 is located next to the park and has a strategic location with its proximity to public transportation points.
The interiors are designed to create vertical and productive spaces by meeting all the requirements of the residents. Natural sunlight and natural ventilation provide a comfortable living environment indoors. Each unit also has open spaces that can be used exclusively by residents. Designed as a metal mesh on the façade and providing a second façade view, shutters maintain the privacy of the participants while managing daylight.
The comfort of the MINT E-5 doesn’t just end in your apartment. The common areas on the roof offer residents the opportunity to do sports, relax and socialize. The common areas with 360 degree city views are the most special position of the project. While the MINT E-5 rises with its sharp-edged design and innovative construction methods, it allows its residents to enjoy life in one of the most promising districts of Istanbul.
